Tax Preparation & Tax Help by

Licensed Tax Attorney

Page Updated for 2007 Returns Filed in 2008

My clients include: entrepreneurs and start-up businesses, US citizens working abroad, international business companies and offshore investors, those with with significant investment portfolios, and resident and non-resident aliens.

I provide personal attention not available at the big return mills and years of experience in international and entrepreneurial tax matters.

As a business owner myself, I will understand your business and your specific tax needs. I know my clients well and have a relationship with each. My focus is on complex situations and a businesses that require personal attention.

My experience in preparing foreign source income returns, as well as in international audits and the defense of offshore structures, is very valuable to US citizens working and/or living abroad, and those who earn money from businesses outside of the US. When you attempt to "push the envelope," you need legal counsel to avoid the new pitfalls of 2007 and 2008.

For additional information on the filing requirements for US citizens working and living abroad, click here.

I have years of experience, clients in over 15 different countries, and I am qualified to prepare tax returns for all 50 states.
